Goals…
FJC is a non-profit, community organization created to inform friends and neighbors living in Lower & Upper Sunset in West Redding and the surrounding Redding area, of a “proposed trail” the City of Redding wants to construct through the Jenny Creek Open Space between Lower and Upper Sunset neighborhoods.
FJC opposes the City of Redding constructing a trail because we want to protect and preserve the habitat, wildlife and the surrounding area near residents living on this healthy open space.
FJC is currently creating an Alternate Trail Proposal to help work with the COR to redirect their plan to improving existing trails nearby.
We can, through collaboration, create better trail development in the City of Redding by working together to protect our community’s open spaces…
